The Crossroads approach is founded on the conviction that all areas of Christian life, ministry, and further education must first arise from clearly established foundational doctrine, and then be deepened through distinctly Pentecostal doctrinal understanding. Only upon this basis should a student proceed into broader fields of teaching or learning. In this model, foundational and Pentecostal doctrine are not treated as preliminary subjects to be left behind, but as the ongoing filter through which all subsequent teaching, disciplines, and influences are examined and rightly interpreted. This ensures that every area of study remains governed by biblical Truth, Spirit-led understanding, and doctrinal integrity, rather than being shaped by external frameworks that may not align with the fullness of Scripture.
